The community sits on Dubai's eastern growth corridor, above the planned Metro Blue Line extension, with direct access to Al Ain Road (E66) and Emirates Road (E311). Downtown and DXB are about 20 minutes away.

Aldar's 4th Dubai community: what buyers should know before launch

Aldar is preparing to launch its biggest townhouse and villa community in Dubai by the end of 2026, together with Dubai Holding. It follows Haven, Athlon and The Wilds, which all sold out their first phases.

The community sits next to Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), above the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line extension. Five home types are confirmed: 3 BR middle and 4 BR corner townhouses, 3 BR and 4 BR independent villas, and 4 BR semi-detached villas.

Our advice: Phase 1 usually carries the lowest entry price of any phase. Register now so you get the brochure, price list and plot map the day Aldar releases them, and are ready to book early.
